Errica Dotson is the Deputy Director of Programs for Trajectory of Hope. A native of Los Angeles, California, she graduated from Howard University, Stephen F. Austin State University, and Dallas Theological Seminary. Errica has served in education for over 21 years as a teacher, instructional specialist, school leader, district manager, and county leader in Houston, TX. She has also worked as an executive leader for religious and arts nonprofits. A gifted communicator with a journalism background, Errica spends her spare time reading, blogging, podcasting, and public speaking on educational equity, servant leadership, women's empowerment, and self-efficacy.
